Our commitment

We want every wholesaler, buyer and service provider to be able to use Fresh Connects, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice control, magnification or captions.

The standard we work toward

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), across freshconnects.com and the Fresh Connects web app. We are working toward that standard and do not claim full conformance today.

More than one way to order

You can order on the web, by text message or by phone. If one way doesn't work for you, another will.

Get help or report a barrier

If you have trouble with any part of Fresh Connects, tell us. We will help you finish what you were trying to do, such as placing an order, reading a statement or setting up your account, another way.

E-mail support@freshconnects.com with the subject "Accessibility." Please tell us the page or feature, what happened, and the device, browser and any assistive technology you use. We reply within 2 business days. This statement, your statements and your order history are available in other formats on request.

We review this statement at least once a year.
