- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, search queries, and actions taken within the app — used to improve the platform.
- Device and technical data: Browser type, device type, IP address, and error logs — used to diagnose issues and maintain security.
- Cookies and local storage: We use browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and improve performance. We do not use advertising cookies.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Operate the marketplace — matching buyers with sellers, processing orders, and enabling communication between parties.
- Improve the platform — analyzing usage patterns to make Fresh Connects faster, easier, and more useful.
- Send transactional communications — order confirmations, price alerts, RFQ notifications, and account-related updates.

- With marketplace participants you transact with: When you place an order or exchange messages, the other party sees the information necessary to fulfill that transaction (e.g., your business name, delivery address, and order details).

We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and operational purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
